His first team playing time might end when Pedro gets back, if all four forwards stay healthy, and eventually Afellay comes back. Keeping him registered with the B team leaves open the option of him getting playing time there if he is not getting on the field for Barca A.

See what's happening with Fontas this year, it is not good for any young player to rarely play.

i've never seen the kid play a whole lot, but from what i'm hearin and the little i've seen, he's damn good. don't think anyone expected him to make it into the first team and play as much as he is doing now. never saw him coming. hope he turns into another gem.

IMO, technically not as sound as Pedro when he was going into the team, but his crosses in the box are pretty amazing. He really adds width to the right side.
