I don't know why people keep saying we need to get this guy if Thiago left. I mean, they don't even play in the same position. And Isco isn't and will never be on Xavi/Iniesta's level. (opinion, not fact)

That being said they are completely different players and replacing Thiago with Isco is far from a like-for-like replacement or even a smart thing to do. It's just replacing one big name youngster with another without realizing that Isco wouldn't fit at Barca.

Do you think he'd be able to express his creativity with players like Messi and Neymar? I doubt it. Isco isn't exactly like Iniesta, he's a skillful roaming 10 who works best being the main focal point. At Barca he'd be restricted and limited, not able to flourish as much. Same reason why Mata at Barca wouldn't work.

According to Punto Pelota and COPE Madrid were going to have a meeting today for isco.

According to Cadena Ser and AS, it is finished and Isco will be announced as Real Madrid Player in the start of July.

If Isco and Kondogbia both sign for Madrid, Madrid will have signed Iniesta and Yaya Toure styled players.

The question is if they could reach that level or atleast 90 percent of it.

If madrid really do finish this, He and Varane will go down in my book as the most important purchases of the last decade from madrid.

I doubt it's true. The only evidence that could tie Isco to a move to Madrid is their bid and Morata urging him to move there.

The reasoning behind a City move is huge as Pellegrini has personally talked to Isco about moving there, he'd get tons of playing time under his favored manager, and he'll be a major figure at the club for years to come.

Bringing Barca into the question doesn't change the fact, he wouldn't be smart to move to either of those clubs. City, while they have many midfielders, can find room for him. He's above the level of Milner, Sinclair, Nasri, etc. and has youth on his side. At Madrid there are more people he'd be fighting for playing time who are indeed world class such as Ozil, Kaka, Ronaldo, possibly even Bale.

Huh real club in manchester? That joke of a club? I could also name players . Madrid is at a better position cause they offer more than city plus madrid is close to the south , close to family and friends . He gets to play with the 2nd best player in the world. The only reason I'd want him to choose city is cause I hate madrid and love isco and the fact that isco can decide to fuck up 10 games but still be a starter .
