For me, I wish he doesn't go as one injury to MATS can derail our season. (hopefully Iñaki Peña can fill the back up role well if we're not buying a back up keeper)

Cillessen can go to a tier 2 Premier League side like Watford who will need a new goalkeeper next season as Ben Foster and Gomes are ancient.

If we are replacing him with a player like Pau Lopez it is a serious dip in quality though. Must be better options.

Pau is actually very good Liga GK. For a back up GK he is more than enough.
Only problem for me is his price. If he is 10-15M it is ok, more than that it is overpay as he isn't the kind of guy that is likely to land us good price when he eventually wants out.
