Between Cuardado Turan and Gomes, I am sure one of them at least would be in form during any given time

Gomes has been off form ever since he joined us, same for Turan, bar (maaaaaybe) for some anecdotic scoring streak. Piling up mediocre players hoping one will turn up is the express way towards irrelevancy. We've pretty much gone from a treble to a copa season because of it.

It may be illegal but they still have one for him, it may be verbal or just a price they're willing to let him go at but it's still there.
