Well there's rumors Nice want Seri to atleast play in the Second leg vs Napoli and the CL qualifiers which is on tuesday.

Nice's clauses are not verbal agreements. They are not included in the contract as it's illegal but are signed at a notary. I dont think that's very legal per french league legislation, but the league has not said anything yet and Nice president has been very vocal in pushing for those clauses to be allowed.
