They didn't get into the core of the issue: whether that shady sale of VIP seats to SAudi can account towards 1:1.
LL says it can't, and even the club did not include it in the books this season.

These LaLiga monetary policies make no sense. Barcelona made 760m euros in 23/24 and 800m euros in 22/23 and have nothing to show for it.
