Looks class this kid. A shame we're aleready good on LB's.

As a back-up to Balde I think Martin is fine. Torrents appears a lot more talented of course. But if he turns out a significantly better player than Martin, he'll probably be too good for a back-up role anyway.
This B team has some feckin great talents that haven't looked good this season, mainly down to sticking with a bad coach too long.
Just look at the difference between Mbacke under Marquez and this season. Night and day.
With that said, I rate Jofre, Olmedo, Pedro Soma and Toni F from yesterday's team who played the most. The big problem they will all face is that we have bigger talents in those positions.
So they will all need a bit of luck, and some creative integrations.
Jofre should be the easiest as LB is a position that he can easily develop well outside of the Barca system on a loan. I'd say he is probably already as good as Alex Valle for example who has managed to start games in Serie A.
Olmedo probably goes to another LaLiga side eventually as there are bigger talents in La Masia. But there is always a chance he could stick around and be the next surprise like Mingueza and Casado.

Not up to speed with it but La Masia is just an endless conveyor belt of talent - and plenty of that talent becomes good enough for the elite level i.e. Barca first team. The others still forge good careers at smaller clubs generally.
I wonder how they're so good at coaching, it's been this way for a long long time mate.

Feel like they are testing him to see where level is for next season and what may need from the market.
Wouldnt be surprised if he plays for the first team this season if keeps on showing like that.
His decision making stands out.
Same way Cubarsi and Yamals decision making was more mature than those around them he appears the same any time see him.
