FORM my friend, Villa's was awful in the 2nd half of the season, from March to May he scored 2 goals. Call it manipulation all you want, it is FACT because it happened!

Villa's FORM has been pathetic but he has done enough over the last 10 years to show he is a better player than Andy Carroll.

Firstly Carroll had 2 from January till august. FORM.
villa has proven himself on every level there is and he doesn't need your approval over a small bit of drought that every striker has.
secondly, the fact that you think that bale > alba. just shows how little you understand about football, you just want some attention and you want to hide away from the fact that the EPL has become shit with your stupid statements.

yes i do think he's shit at defending. Sturridge tearing him a new a$$hole being the prime example of how NOT to defend.
people see his exciting attacking play and think automatically he's a GOOD DEFENDER! I'm tired of it. same goes for Baines as well.

canto, i've said it before. im responding to HBA post about bale is better defender than alba from couple pages back. that is why i am talking about him as a defender. i am aware that bale is now a winger even though i don't think he ever was a defender.

where did I say Villa needed my approval? where have I suggested it? I've just pointed out his sh!t form for a long time and this season others have finally started to notice and read from the same hymn sheet as me.

you have some kind of superiority complex when it comes to the EPL, british players, skysports news and the sun newspaper(no we don't all fit your stereotype of reading the sun and watching SSN on a loop because we think Bale is better than Alba). EPL is a very very good lge, 2nd best out there in my opinion. It certainly is not sh!t like you say.

if you look at how he beats his man, and when he's at his best, it's all very wingback-ish.
I mean how else did a success of right-backs lacking the pace & power he has (Phil Neville, Rafael, Steinsson, etc.) keep him quiet? if you deny him the space to start running, he has very few tricks to beat you. but release him into space and with his pace, power, movement, skill & final ball he is absolutely deadly.
he is a great winger, he could be a world-class wingback.
he'd have to improve his defending, obviously, but as an attacking force from LB (or LWB/LM in a 3421 or so) he could be unstoppable.
