Jordi Alba

This. I can't remember who said it but the quote that a lot of Barça players wouldn't have made it in other youth set-ups because they were too small. I think it was Pep.. not sure though.

Because other academies do not teach their players diving. I can't wait to see the initiation of Jordi Alba with a dive in some cup competition.

That was an answer to Galning saying "a lot of Barça players wouldn't have made it in other youth set-ups because they were too small". Because it's obviously only partly true since we sold Alba because of exactly that: his height. You always need some steel and height at the back!

Or maybe he was a shit diver? I don't know if he learned his trade now.

Canteras that produce talent are always the envy of those whose do not

Raed knows it very well. he is too shy to admit the success of La Masia in comparison to the success of RM blabla academy. :p That's why he chooses to troll ..

I thought that his games against Madrid showed to you that he's an excellent diver now..though still not at the level of Di Maria or Cristiano.

At least I put the troll face on there so you guys do not get confused and get hormonal again. But it is you two again, surprise surprise. Where is the third though?

Meta, sometimes you bewilder me with your analysis. You answer so much that I either 1. find contradictions in what you say 2. miss your point.

You do not need a CB, as in, it is not imperative, as in you will win something next year for sure with Messi on board and you invested in the offense and midfield last year why don't you want to invest in defense? LB and LCB are mutually exclusive so getting one player does not mean you won't get another.

Shitting on Muniesa and Bartra is one thing, but it is not when you bid for a near 30 year old defender like we did with Carvalho. Maybe Catala (he is one n away from your love :troll:)? Gonzalo? I am sure around Europe there capable old defenders for cheap. Especially that Puyol will be even played less the year after. There is also this one big reason why you might want to reconsider your assessment of needing a CB, the freakin 3 4 3 you are moving towards and experimenting with. Your assessment is correct with 4 3 3, not a 3 4 3 which will either be 1. eliminated all together 2. making more appearances than the 4 3 3.

Edit: OH! The third, Maria did come!!!

Alba travelled yesterday to Valencia to discuss his future with his agents. Valencia accept he'll probably leave, Barcelona optimistic. [sd]
