Well I'm not scapegoating a few players as a mental midget while giving a free pass to others because of favouritism. We win as a team, draw as a team and bottle it as a team.

It's kinda laughable mocking Jordi and calling him a mental midget all the time while giving someone on way to his 8th consecutive CL humiliation (not just normal defeat) a free pass. I mean he's famous for bottling crucial pens for club and country, crying and threatening to retire after losing a 10 team tournament. We all saw his amazing "leadership" and "fighting spirit" in those humiliations.

Pretty weird that the guy you call GOAT does these things but yet you call out Jordi for showing emotions in a game. Pretty hypocritical NGL.

This is fair point but Messi has been carrying Barca for at least 4 seasons, dragging the half dead corpse while being let down from other teammates. He is not captain material, at least not for Barcelona. In Argentina it's a different story entirely.
Point still stands. Alba was among one of the amigos who has gotten too comfortable in being the undisputed started because he had Messi who used him as a layoff/cutback machine and his last decent competition was Lucas Digne. Since then he has had Junior fucking Firpo to challenge him.
He needed a desperate kick in the ass and it's a shame it came so late. If I was the coach and I saw one of my players crying at halftime after we won 3-0 at home he would be off immediately.

Yup.
People hates Pep "nice & fake" answers, but also get mad when someone don't say the standard "nice & fake" answer either.

This isn't the first time Alba went to the media to complain about his situation.

That period under Lucho when we switched to a back three and got benched, he was giving interviews on international break all talking in the gist of "At least I have a coach that values me here" along that lines as a dig towards Lucho. Funny how that ended up working as Lucho eventually took over the Spain job and messed with Alba for awhile.
