A lot of people forget that he won the Zamora trophy with Celta Vigo. At 37 years old I think he has 2-3 years left in him. I would have no qualms about making him our number 1 for a couple of years while training up a younger keeper. It would save us from spending 20 million or so on keeper too and allow us to concentrate on funding new defenders and attackers.
