I am somehow still in doubt about this player. He scores, yeah, but I don't know whether he is really good enough for Real Madrid. What do you guys think? Reminds me a bit of Cuenca in the sence that he might be good, but I just don't see him as Barca material...

Not good enough to ever be a regular starter, as I see it, but perfect for a fringe player who's delivering the goods when called upon without bitching about his role in the team.

He doesn't have Di Maria's skills on the ball, or Ozil's finesse when on form, but whatever he lacks in skills, he more than makes up with work-rate. And he delivers in small matches, big matches, against weak and tough opponents. And that's why he earned first-team play, and also usually the first player to be come off the bench when not starting. Which should send a message to younger players, you don't have to be an Ozil or a Di Maria to earn a first-team place. Somewhere in Getafe, Pedro Leon is wondering why he couldn't do the same...
