Jose has done what he does at every team and allowed the team to get older without any real planning for the future.

He let the likes of Bertrand, DeBruyne, Mata and Lukaku leave while he brought in Drogba, Pedro, Fabregas and Falcao. Keeping older players like Terry and Ivancovic as important members of the team.

When it has come to rebuilding the team as they have tried to do a bit this season he just cant do it and take younger players through.
