I know Raed these days only posts to get a reaction/be funny but.....Bring Barca down to its knees? How? by losing 5-0? Also  at mou loving Barca, he loves no club, he loves nothing other than Jose. Self obsessed prick.

I only post for reaction these days? Okay, I have been doing it a little more than normal but I use facts, selected facts. But not only to get a reaction, I genuinely I also contribute in other more constructive ways.

Anyways, I said he would want to, he wants to be the one standing when Barca's reign ends. Completely separate from how he feels towards the club. Because he never uttered a negative word about Inter when he left, same with Chelsea and Porto. And he would have never said anything negative towards Barcelona but only because they became his rivals, three times.

He cares about every single club he has managed and worked for but while he is healthy he is career oriented, very very career oriented. If this was not sports, he would be an example to follow. He isn't right now, even though Villas Boas already is following his foot steps, but Mourinho will be when all the emotions have cooled down and all the stress is gone.

Would he be the first manager to win in four different leagues?

You're the one arguing Xavi is a vigin on the basis of a picture of him and a dog ;)

And being extremely career-oriented is not always something to aim for, even outside of the sports world.

Sorry to piss on your parade, but I think your blathering now. he never uttered a bad word about Inter and Porto, well yea but he screamed out all kinds of shit about Barca, all kinds of allegations, insults and accusations at Pep, the players, the club....calling us cheats, a small club etc. so yea, don't get what you're on about when you say he loves Barca, he may love Porto and Inter but barca, Nope. I mean there was never a Mou vs Barca thing before, it was all his fault. he started it all after being the gay sore loser he is when falsely accused Frisk of meeting with Rijkaard, culminating in Frisk and his family getting death threats from a bunch of chavs and then eventually being forced into early retirement. it all started there and there's been hate ever since,

He even said once "I'd never manager Barca, I'm not stupid enough to turn all this hate into love", so yea, there goes your theory.

He clearly did love Barca. He wanted the Barca job in 2008, and was interviewed for it. The bitterness is understandable now.

Fate's just handed him tie after tie against Barca with various clubs and he's done what he's had to to get his team ready. He's taken it too far with Madrid and it'll be good to see him fail, he should never manage Barca. But he definitely did/does love Barca on some level.

There is no doubt about that. His first glimpses of top football came during his time in Barcelona. He even said that FC Barcelona was the club that influenced him the most. Apart from that his mentor Bobby Robson was a manager for us. Moreover his spell at Barcelona is still his longest of all his clubs. Also recall that he learned Catalan during his stay.

But well his train passed a long time ago (2008) as Myrmecophile wrote when he was wrecked in favor of Pep (turned out pretty well btw) . So there is probably still bitterness from his part as it was more or less certain that he would be the new manager a few months before Rijkaard got fired.

I prefer Villas-Boas if Pep should choose to leave.

I personally think Mou would have been a good manager for us, I was expecting him to get the job, no idea what happened there but, I would have been happy with it.

Villas-Boas would be a good manager for us if Pep leaves, I like him.

He wanted the Barca job after the Frisk fiasco? Either you're wrong or he's more delusional than I expected.

No-one is delusional. It was between Mourinho and Guardiola after Rijkaard departure. And Jose was the safe bet. Laporta was very bold to go with Guardiola.

No actually Laporta was the biggest advocate for Pep while Txiki preferred Mourinho from what I recall (and I usually have a good memory;))

Otherwise you are right.

I meant it was bold to go with Pep if you had the best manager of the world knocking to your door. Laporta wanted Pep from the very beginning.
