My understanding of the RFEF statement isn't that they're for sure not going to punish him, it's that they're putting the issue into the hands of the disciplinary committee. Can somoene who actually speaks/reads spanish confirm this?

He was a winner in EPL and Serie A. Now, he is frustrated by not winning in Spain and lost his home record to Sporting whose coach that he criticized.

Mourinho does not how to behave when he is not winning and thats something even he did not know about. English loved him cause he was a winner and damn right, he was. Now, he is a child because he does not know how to get over a defeat.
