You'll wait for a long time because noone outside this forum and a few dedicated fan sites like grup14 actually cares about any of this. Muh entertainment's more important. If it were different, one could have also asked the question why Barca buys players from Traffic Sports which are totally useless like Keirrison, Henrique and the mighty Douglas so that a few people within the club hierarchy can launder money. Yet nobody does. In reality, the socis vote crooks into office for decade after decade and simply don't care.

I'd honestly want to know how it's covered in Barcelona. The Rosell, Barto and FCB vs state. I mean, if they report now that there's nothing on Sandro and Barto than it's no wonder socis vote for them.
TBF Bartos face already looks untrustworthy.
Messi needs to step up here. With Iniesta, Pique and Busquets. Tell the socis what's going on - these are the men those people love and cherish.
But I doub it'd ever happen.. atleast as long as they get paied by the club.

Laporta is arguably the dumbest President in Barca's history.
With the amount of success the team had in his tenure, he lost it all by letting Rosell make the moves for a takeover from 2005. The guy can whine all he want, but he let them take control of the club. Not just by being lethargic and not preparing a capable successor, but also by letting them align the with biggest and most influential media group in Catalunya, which is why Bartomeu and Rosell almost never receive any negative press.
He didn't do anything about it.
That's the worst part of Bartomeu and Rosell. Their business connections with Grupo Godo(MD, RAC1, La Vanguardia etc.). How can you do anything about it when the media tells all the socis living in Catalunya that everything the board is doing is right and everyone who questions them is wrong.
That's not to say Laporta is a saint by any means. He had his flaws, and his half-assed campaign along with the media support for Bartomeu sealed it.
This division in Barcelona is ruining everything. They need one candidate which all the morons stand behind. One candidate against Bartomeu.
No Laportistas, Rosellistas, Nuñistas.
None of that BS.
Get behind one candidate in the next election. That's the best and only way to neutralize the influence the current board holds.

This club needs a couple of dedicated lawyers to start cleaning this whole mess up from the inside...
Grup14 needs more funding and more people from Catalunya. They don't even have a Spanish website (atleast not functioning) while they actually need a Catalan page to actually start making a difference. If they get good sources from people inside the club who know how toxic the likes of Rosell and Barto are, than their credibility and authority would rise and give other candidates a good backing. Sport and MD have really screwed up their credibility and right now is the time to "charge" for G14.
But it's just a dream, I know I can't fund them. Maybe name themselves as "Gruppo Forteeno", make a deal with Traffic who make Barto and Rosell believe they're a player and sell themselves to the club while getting 1-2 millions a year
