Not sure at all. Draxler was a big talent 2 years ago (I even wanted him in Barcelona), but his progress stalled big time.

He's still a good player who's only 22 (in 20 days). It's Wolfsburg, not everybody can sign world-class players.

They signed some belgian, Azzaoui, but that wasnt the one you were talking about.

Maybe Draxler can actually play good.
I mean, hes gifted, more gifted than almost any other german footballer, hes just not using that gift.
Maybe, for some weird reason, everything is great for him now, and he actually performs.

Draxler is indeed overrated, but I can guarantee you: The day, where he starts to perform, will be the day where he starts to be an absolute worldclass monster.

So Praet wasn't actually signed? Phew, replacing KdB with just Mr. not-exactly-durable Draxler, is really not even close to an adequate replacement.

I do think though that Mr-overrated-in-germany is a quite better replacement than Mr-overrated-in-belgium.
I think the possibilities that Draxler succeeds are there.. They are not exactly great, but they are existent. I would have liked them to sign Fekir, Mahrez and Tolisso for that money but now they went for Draxler.. well too late now, thats what they have to work with from now on.

I thought Gotze was the most overrated player in the BuLi
