There was no deal there, just some attorneys dropping a cheque in Neymar's name, PSG wasn't part of any deal.

Would take Hazard if he was available. Think he's pretty much the only player I'd take over Dembele right now. Ideally Dembele would stay at BVB for another season or two, but Neybitch fucking us over means we have little time and not many options.
Go for the best option rather than a cheap one who's half the talent.

Meyer isn't a winger, he's a midfielder. And he is basically rumoured at sums around 12-15m, which is a joke. This is a transfer you can do at any point, it must not "replace" any other plan currently going on. You can sign a more proven midfielder that you fancy and still have Meyer in the backhand.

Hazard and Insigne to me. Dembelé is great but he´s only 20. The others are 5-6 years older.

Seen him perhaps a couple of times, but remember there was, or is a lot of hype surrounding him.

Yes, he has rejected a contract extension and is on his way out either next year for free, or this year as a bargain experiment.

He's a CAM yes, almost a forward actually. But not like Özil. More like old Götze used to be.
I think consistency has been his big problem last year. For Schalke he had an underwhelming season (tbf Schalke was generally just bad), but I don't know. Have you ever had players who played bad, but just out of intuition you don't actually believe they are? My theory is that this is a team thing, because whenever I saw him playing as team captain in the youth tournaments with Germany or with the u23 during the olympics then he has been fantastic. His performances do not reflect his ability. But maybe somewhere else they could.
I honestly don't know if he is really good enough to make it at Barca, but the way I see it he's 21 years old and he's going for a hilariously low price if the rumours are true. He'd be interesting to say the least, for as long as he isn't supposed to be the main-signing in midfield. He could start off as a sub (provided that he'd agree to join knowing that he isn't supposed to be starting right away), and play a few games to see how he's doing. Might flop, might turn out to be the bargain of the season, but I think even if it doesn't work out then ~15m was at least worth trying. The worst that can happen imo is that you make profit in the end or at least get the costs back in from a resale, because given status, age and inflation he'd have to loose a leg to not go for at least 10-15m again.
