There was nothing realistic or insightful about his comment
Vinicius is worse than Dembele at controlling the ball by a fair margin and Dembele is not bad at all as evidenced by how much control he has at top speed when in form.
The last sentence just means nothing - if you work hard and are talented, you should have a shot. Vinicius isn't a starter when Hazard fit either.
