They asked 246 players from the first division. 106 out of the 246 said that Preat was the most overrated player.

They spent nothing for years due to costs associated with building the stadium and really undervalued long term sponsorship deals they signed in order to mitigate the risks associated with financing the stadium and called it the "Proper way" but once the debt became manageable and they signed new sponsorships they started spending again on the likes of Ozil,Sanchez etc..

Yeah I don't see Chelsea beating City to the title any more. We'd have to spend close to £100m on Pogba and a defender(Stones bid is over I believe) just to compete, unless our team completely clicks and we are fee of injuries for most of the season.
