If you are from Wolfsburg, Germany, then you have heard correctly, as they have an agreement with de Bruyne since several weeks and the deal between Chelsea is close to be finalized for around 20m€. Bild have already reported done deal yesterday.

Many teams have been better. I say they've been good, but not terrific. They need to keep Lukaku and stop loaning him out though.

But back on topic with De Bruyne, I really hope he goes back to the Bundesliga. He played very well there and he is being wasted at Chelsea. Hopefully he can get a spot in the World Cup as well.
