Saved them from CL-exit today. Quite ironic, that the player who Florentino forced to leave in the summer now saves his ass - imagine their fans if they was kicked out by Roma, so early in CL.

He is a great GK, but he could have easily conceded at least 2 today if it wasn't for Dzeko and Salah being amateurs. Same kind of stats that say Madrid has most shots in TOP5 leagues, and my friends wonder how come they are still bad. Well, most probably since Ronaldo takes around 10 shots per game from all over the field I guess...

Amazing keeper. I always had some sympathy for him because I thought it was ridiculous when the club planned on shipping him off. No appreciation and recognition. Also doesn't seem to have a thing for drawing media attention.

But I expect his cleansheet streak to end in the next round.

Navas is our only player that has the right to say, "if everyone was at my level, we would be number 1", not Ronaldo. Not saying he should say it, its just wrong, but just saying.
Knowing Perez, he will probably still replace him with DDG regardless, if we can do transfers this summer. Its ironic how a relatively low profile signing as Navas outperforms several of our big "galacticos" on a daily basis.
