would Monaco accept losing 50m+ by selling him next summer though? he will have 1 year left on his contract. imo, could be wrong ofcourse, this is Monaco trying to get a bidding war going

It's on MBappe. Vadim wants to renew him according to the same insider above.
If MBappe refuses, he will have to sell him. This insider also reported a few days ago that even with Fabinho, he is ok to sell him for less to any other club than PSG (PSG originally offered 45M).

Unless Monaco wants to lose a bunch of money they'll negotiate with PSG. They can't force him to a club he doesn't want to be at and waiting another summer only hurtsbtheir leverage.

CR7 has been the best player in the world bar Messi for years due and better than him in some due to way he gets those goals.
Di Maria is one dimensional and frustrating enough to watch with Argentina let alone Barca.
