Hard to blame him for not looking flashy when he's trying to hold the team together. That being said his technique is not all that.

Technique isn't 'all that' but definitely one of the best at RM and one of best players anywhere for his size with ball at his feet. Has been sublime in parts of season kicking off counters by recovering ball and sending it to forwards. Generally been the best part of that midfield individually but team not clicking around it
