Typical. I did not watch the game but I briefly checked the score on goal dot com and it was 0-0 at the 50min mark. I was however fully expecting Real Madrid to score at any moment. And they did...Not a great weekend sports wise.

di maria, ozil, bale, benzema, marcelo, isco and james to some extent are indeed more dangerous when it comes to creating something out of nothing. they are more unsettling on the ball than ronaldo and always were. i fear ronaldo's freekicks though.

Maybe he isnt the biggest treat atm, but at least goalwise his stats vs Barca is quite good. His drought against you in earlier years is a distant memory. Not saying he has been as good as you can expect though.

It makes little sense as there is little chance of them progressing to the Copa del Rey final. They are "only" 6 points behind Valencia and thus the 4th place in the league table. With a game against Valencia in hand.

We have to put our faith in Athletic doing the upset before El Clásico.
