Yikes... Mateu Lahoz has been appointed to referee Barca-Atleti.

He was also the referee in the 1st league game between us and Atleti in January.

Like Liverpool, Atletico have blown it. Adrian's shot & Gerrard's slip....the moments the title's were lost.....

Barca will win. 100%

lol at Madrid....I know Ronaldo is nursing a injury...but Benzema...Di Maria...So stupid to have all that effort of a league season go to waste...Or was everyone genuinely injured?

Most were injured like Pepe , Varane , Carvajal, Di Maria , Benzema , Ronaldo (barely fit but Carlo rightfully opted to rest him as he is much more needed on the 24 )
Bale was declared barely fit & on the bench unlike the above but Carlo didn't want any risk understandably ... the thing is even if we won and tied up with Atletico do you think Barcelona would have handed us the title ?
It's a risky situation to put all the eggs on one basket but unlike Real , Atletico and Barca to an extent had (before the games last night ) their fate in their hands .. Tie up with Atletico on points and Barcelona would gladly throw away the last game so it was a lose lose situation.. better to rest the team... anyone who saw the lineup last night knew the decision was made to prioritize the CL ahead of La liga ( look at Arbeloa first game since March or Khedira first game since September .. you don't start them in those games ) there was no way this team will win with Modric as a winger & Isco on the other side ... risky but compared to la liga it's a better calculated one
The league was lost in Vallodolid match... a mixture of CR 8th minute injury (and i'm sure it's a lot more than what we hear & told about muscle fatigue. he isn't the type to like sitting out at all.. even the friendlies he wants to play them but i guess it's mind games for Atletico on the 24th ) , Carlo wrong subs in the 85 minute throwing Marcelo for Benzema who carried a knock and Illarra resulted a brain fart of a goal and when we needed to score there was no one..Benzema out , Bale injured and CR injured and even a late Di Maria got injured too ... anyhow overall it was a great season by Carlo in his first year and the team can improve on what he did .. the revelation of Carvjal & the very unlucky Jese (could have been much different if he was still fit as the natural Bale/CR replacement on the wing ) , the form of Pepe & Ramos.. Coentrao playing better than he ever did under Mourinho. Di Maria & Modric were great all season.. Bale impressive debut... Benzema did very good so did CR.. overall we are very happy..
He was a slow learner and did some mistakes early in the season but Bayern/Dortmund & Barca /Atletico Madrid Cup games showed he learned the trick and frankly made Mourinho time a big nightmare in comparison...
Win or lose on the 24th the fans are very proud of this season ,He is a gentleman in everything and a great coach

It all depends on the Champions League final. If you win the tenth it will all make sense but if you don't then everyone will look at the end of this season as an incredible collapse by Real that Ancelloti should not have allowed to happen. I don't think he'll be in danger of losing his job cause he has had a very positive impact but serious questions will be asked about how he managed the end of the season.

 at all madridistas celebrating for Treble two weeks back but now playing the injury card/CL final to compensate their early exit.

Indeed , he will learn as he did from his early mistakes in the season .. but mostly (i'm included ) are very happy... overall not just the results but the impact on the players who know play with much less tension and enjoying their time.. not a single drama made it to the press even those who eventually ended up from starters to bench (Isco , Arbeloa and recently Marcelo )

I honestly don't know anyone who talked about the treble , beside the fact that we never did it even during our first even galactico we always came short domestically (90% of the times ) ... it's becoming a habit to lose the league when we win in Europe... I heard everyone talking about our holy grail La Decima .. but treble ? never heard anyone mentioning it

Also will Barca fans stop moaning please.

Before the season started if you were told you had to beat Atletico last game of the season to become champions - AT HOME - you'd all have taken that.

Your all liars if you say no.
