The league has to stay competitive to get the negative image off of it that it is a two horse league. And to be honest, even as a Barca fan, I wouldn't mind Atletico winning the league to prove the naysayers wrong.

Because I am looking at the bigger picture here and the "fanboys" have some truth in their statements. The gap, financially, is too wide already between Madrid, Barca, and the rest of the league. You want the league to turn into the SPL?
