They will need to take 11 or 12 points from these games to find themselves in good position. In comparison, Barca and RM do not nearly have as many tough games in the same span. Though to be fair, this La Liga season has shown no team can afford complacency regardless.

I mostly complain about Atletico when that happens tbf, they are our city rivals, after all. For me it seems they play with a different intensity when facing us than other clubs.

Is this the same Atleti who won a title decider at Camp Nou in 2014 and knocked Barca out the CL the same season?

It used to be the other way around. Before Simeone they'd roll over to Real for years yet perform better against Barca.

It's worse in Barcelona. Espanyol are absolutely embarrassing against Real but are very competitive against Barca.
