they played two newly promoted sides and espanyol. we played atletico & athletic away, and malaga (who we lost to last year)

yet we're still on top. it feels gooood.

Las Palmas looking like shit, plus getting their 1st choice keeper sent off, which means he will be out for the game against us. Messi should be able to get some goals next weekend for sure.

Edit: lol, spoke too early, las palmas comeback.

Haven't watched them in Liga but Las Palmas was really fan to watch in Segunda
tbh all 3 teams promoted this year doesn't look so bad ,no Cordoba there thankfully

Pretty disappointed in Atletico.. despite getting speedy wingers , Simeone still insist on fielding as much natural CM's /AM's as possible neglecting the weapons he has on the bench

it sounds probably wiser to play 4-3-3 using Griezmann,Jackson/Torres , Vietto .. but not a midfield of Koke, Gabi, Tiago & Torres

Still the case till now... very disappointed in the Barca game.. he seems to be losing the plot
I don't understand the stupid selection nor the physical kicking the shit out of the opponent approach when he can really play nice if he fielded the new acquisition
when Vietto and co entered the game Atletico looked a lot better... he takes the blame for the defeat again

Soldado scoring so soon into his return doesn't bode well for the La Liga fanboys who think the Segunda is a stronger League than the Premier League because there's "so much space".
Perhaps Soldado's the only categorical failure, but the number of winners are far higher than losers in every position. Sanchez, Mata, Arteta, Monreal, Carzola, Alonso, Bojan, Silva, Aguero etc to name a few.

For me, La Liga's the best league in the world.

But here's a thing we all should be aware of.

Normally when all leagues start, each team has 0 points (unless if a team have minus points).

However, there's an exception when it comes to La Liga. All teams starts with 0 points, execpt for a certain team: Real Madrid.. Before La Liga start, Real Madrid have a lead with 12 points (two wins against Getafe and two wins against Espanyol).

So, when the rest of La Liga teams have 0 points at the start, Real Madrid already have 12 points.

Not necessarily a 12 point lead, but rather 12 guaranteed points.

For some reason, I want to spare you this time only because I noticed you are from Ann Arbor and I had a dope burger in Ann Arbor so I decided that Ann Arbor is dope, and dope cities have dope people in it, so I am concluding that you must be joking. because dope people do not double down on a stupid La Liga remark as the one posted by El Flaco.

You're both dope for me.

I am of course joking. There are no guaranteed points. Only those that you can reasonably expect to win.

Where'd you have this dope burger by the way?

I kind of remember it was close to the university of Michigan. It was a burger joint that had a deal where if you finish their large burger in a prescribed time limit, you get your photo taken and posted on the wall. I think it was called Famous Burger which is now closed.

Simeone's teams have never played nice football. I don't think he is capable of playing in a different way, just like Pep is not capable of doing something other than tiki taka.
