What a beautiful pass-and-move goal by Villarreal. Really miss this type of play at Barça, pretty much died with the beginning of the Neymar years, and almost extinct under Valverde.

Hehe. But part of that was due to adapting to the personnel available. Xavi heading out, Neymar holding up the ball and killing rhythm, and Suarez' shitty touch.

We'll have a newcomer in La Liga for the third straight season after Leganes and Girona were promoted in previous two years. The last time this happened was in mid 90s when Compostela (1994), Merida (1995) and Extremadura (1996) were promoted in consecutive seasons.

Leo Franco will be Huesca coach in their first season in La Liga. He knows the club where he finished his playing career in 2016 and was part of the club's board over the last two years but this will be his first coaching experience so it will be really interesting to see how he'll do.
