Lahoz is an idiot. He thinks he is above VAR. I saw him many times making stupid decisions and even refusing to check himself with VAR.

I know that he is an attention seeking moron, but the wastes of space and resources in the VAR room many times don't want to contradict the divas on the pitch and go along with the initial decision

Sevilla scored and the match was not really in doubt since Betis are very poor but Lahoz is useless as always.

How do they intend to play remaining 10 rounds of La Liga in boiling summer heat in Spain?

Think we'll suffer most as Barca have one of the oldest squads.

Even when Sevilla fucks up, Betis just can't take advantage. Rubi is out of his depth, was before March and continues to be after the break it seems. They have a good team and what they've showed tonight is simply garbage.

They keep scheduling them as normal for now since heat is like 26 celsius at most. Gotta milk viewership from China for all its worth until you physically have to play everything after 8pm.

Going to grudgingly admit. LaLiga knocked it out the park with those piped in affects and fake crowd. Sure it needs improvement, but much better overall aesthetic than Bundesliga achieved.

All they need to do now is take a bunch of Joe Rogan reactions and dub them in 30,000 times so it sounds like the crowd is going crazy on fouls and near misses.

Make it happen Tebas.

This Guillamon kid looks pretty good for Valencia. We were apparently interested to sign him for Barca B when his contract expires.

I made a thread on Mouctar Diakhaby years ago when he was still at Lyon and at the time he was reckless but given his age, it was expected.

But my god he's been a disaster at Valencia. Even Celades after the game came out and said that he told him his errors this season have been costing the team big time and it happened again today with that brainless challenge.

It'd be 50x more distracting to the players to hear looped chants.

Do the players actually hear the sound effects? Or just the viewers?

First time I watch a match post-quarantine and pleasantly surprised at how well it worked out.

Viewers only. Yeah the added fans and crowd sounds take the vibe of watching a training match away.

I can imagine for some players the lack of a crowd will be a relief, less pressure. But it also takes away a good part of the home advantage.
