What happened to Carvajal? 2 years ago he used to be one of the best RBs.

Heart condition, bad attitude from teammates, no competition and no threatening or supportive RW in our side meaning everyone is targeting his side exposing all of his flaws. Plus old Modrić too.

It's a short-term cost vs long-term benefit tradeoff.

No it's a short-term cost for long-term uncertainty.

Our next manager is not going to be a Pep or a Klopp.

He is undoubtedly going to be another midtable calibre Spanish bloke in the vein of Ernesto or some daft former player that is also clueless tactically.

We should be banking as many trophies as we can now while we still have Leo. Not praying for the club to lose and for our rivals to prosper simply so we can boot Ernesto out and replace him with some other chump on a similar level.

All you erratic, dopamine addicted "fans" are doing when you pray for the team to lose to get rid of EV is sacrificing the trophies we can win now for the very unlikely probability that we will strike gold with the next manager.

Next manager does not need to be a Pep or a Klopp. Just better than Ernie who is an clear downward spiral, regardless of how our rivals do.

Superb team goal. Madrid do these quick switches with powerful long wide passes very well. It's a good way to exploit a defense which is compact on the side where the ball is.

We're so bloody weird. Capable of the worst possible goal at the back at any point, but a few farts of quality from any of these can dismantle any team on Earth. Guess this is Real Madrid these days.

Even if we assume the next manager is guaranteed to be an upgrade on Ernesto (not as nailed on as you may think), he will still not be good enough for us to justify tanking this season away and sacrificing the potential trophies we could win this season for. That new manager won't make this aging squad favourites for the CL either and we all know cup competitions are crap shoots even with a truly elite manager (Pep, Klopp).

All in all, it simply won't be worth it.

This is an emotional thought fundamentally and it comes from desperate CL glory hungry "fans" thinking irrationally as per normal.

People said that EVERYONE will be better than Suarez.
That EVERYONE will be better than Rakitic.

Should I even dare to mention a cancer Mourinho and Man Utd?
People were laughing at him and how he is the reason for their failures.
Solskjaer came in.
They played well in the first 10 games due to a boost in motivation.
But after that, they have sunk even lower than under Mou.

I have read today that Man Utd has 3 wins in the last 17 matches.

People thought that it can't be worse than under Mou.

Of course that there are some other examples of a happy ending.
But our team is on a downward spiral since February 2016.
3 and half years.
Two coaches tried.
30-ish players tried.
Same old problems all the time.

To some extent, I want to see EV sacked, just to read comments, explanations and alibies as to why we play exactly the same under a new coach.
