At least defensively Madrid were very good. Sevillas build up game looked decent, but in the final third it was all Madrid.

Benzema just scored. Really looked like a 0-0 game with Sevilla having majority of the ball but doing fuck all with it.


Btw , Benz is sitting with 15 goals in his last 15 la liga games.

Great move as well. Was calling the play as it was happening which happens very rarely, because what fans visualise in front of a TV screen is usually difficult to execute. But they did. Great goal.

Is Zidane the luckiest manager in history? Gets back at Real just as Barca are imploding and pathetico are worse now, so even they can can be crap and still win the league.

A long time coming though after such a strong 15 years or so (going back to Rafa's Valencia, Depor, Ramos's Sevilla and Real's galacticos and then Rijkhard's Barca).

It happened to Serie A after the late 80s and 90s.

Barca are done. Seville are just a Europa League side. Valencia representing La Liga in CL but a shambles. Atleti coming to the end with Simeone. Real can start winning leagues again while actually declining from the team they had that weren't winning them.

Losing the league to this Madrid would suck though. Can we just cancel the league title for a season? Right now noone deserves it.

Keeps Zidane there as well. He's lucky as fuck but if they got a genuine top manager in that'd be worse.

I wouldn't want him long term but if we got Mou in now he'd win us the league.
