We have neither the money nor the foresight and business acumen required to make great transfers that are investments for the future, either under a Bartomeu, Rousaud or a Font presidency.

Hakimi is currently the best RB in the world. He has got everything you would want in a fullback. I am not quite sure if he is good defensively, but he is fast, strong and aggressive. What do you want more?

All of those are good to decent for Liga teams, non looked like or proven he can be a quality starter in Classico.

Only Hakimi is certified starter quality from that bunch. And even him, he has a lot of space in Bundesliga.

I think Reguilon is better than Mendy and the natural replacement for Marcelo. Odegaard should be a starter too.

A great RB works in any league since they roam near the sidelines where there is generally more space than say, the middle of the pitch. Kimmich and Hakimi’s performance in the CL had not been bad at all.

Huh? Hakimi is one of the best RBs in the world right now, Odegaard is beasting in La Liga and they are not good enough for Real Madrid? Pedri might be great but he plays in the Segunda. And in my opinion Emerson is not even close to being like Hakimi, not yet at least.

The bar is incredibly high, I would not make any speculations on our or Madrids future unless a few of their/our talents turn to best in the world type of players. Nothing to worry about right now, they have the quantity though.

Such as? The only player we might have been trying to fish out was Pogba. The other rumor was Van de Beek and he's only marginally more established than Ødegaard having been to CL semis, so they'd fight on more or less even terms, which is fine. There's no reason why we'd not trust him if Zidane rates him. If he doesn't, I'd be willing to trust his judgement. But there's no indication that he doesn't.

Odegaard has been performing great for Sociedad this season, scoring 4 goals and having 5 assists so far as an AM in 21 games he played. Reguilon is not bad either.
