Based on their standards yes. Barca was never known for having a great defense, Atleti were.

His oldest son Giovanni is actually quite good, has scored double digits goals in 4 of 6 seasons in Serie A playing for teams like Genoa, Fiorentina and Hellas Verona. He's already 26 though so doubt he'll ever make it to a top level although in the past there were rumours linking him with a move to Atletico but was probably just BS.

Youngest son Giuliano has recently renewed with Atleti until 2025. He's only 19 and we'll see if Cholo will give him a chance but they say he has potential to be better than his older brother.

And third son Gianluca (23) is now playing in Spanish 4th tier for Ibiza after failing to establish himself at River Plate. He's scoring regularly at that level but will be surprised if he'll ever make it to La Liga.

Quite surprised they're all forwards tbh. Would expect at least one of them to be a more defensive minded player like their father.
