He isnt really other than amazing shooting ability.

Pops up with a great goal every 4 or 5 matches but doesn't mean he is a net positive.

Main problem with him last seasons is not physically up to it and slows down a lot as the season goes on.

Agree he was alright but going to be a problem as season goes on because he just can't handle being a starter anymore.

He's been about the best outfield player bar Bellingham this season. Been great since going gluten free tbh

Valverde plays completely average at CM for months on end then scores occasional screamer and back to being one of best in world...

Plays his best football when more or less RW.

They're different players asked to do different things, but valverde has been more consistently good that pedri(injuries) and de jong since he's been at real.

It's funny how people try to write off the great things he's done, like being huge in real winning the double, but shower de jong with praise for helping Barcelona to win a league title after all his time here.

No he hasnt. FDJ been better than him and by far in last year and half and better in Koemans season etc.

Valverde been best wider for Real and nothing top at CM.
