Imagine sanctioning a referee because he didn't tolerate a player telling him to fuck off. Only possible in Spain. But Montero made a mistake. He should have written "fuck off" instead of "fuck you" in his report. Now the whole narrative is about him mishearing, not the actual insult. Shouting "Fuck off" to the ref must be a red punishable insult.
How is it, that the league always demands respect towards the refs, but doesn't allow a red card for "fuck off". And yes "puta madre" to the ref should also be a red card. If players can't control themselves, they have nothing to do on a professional football pitch.
