They look like that lack structure and someone to dictate.
Vini and Mbappe both used to being ones more or less allowed a freeish role and to cheat in defence.
Valverde needs to have freedom to get about also.
Tchou looks lost trying to sit and be the one asked to dictate a bit.

He has been playing with freedom tonight for most of it and probably been their best player but need the right players around that to make it work and Las Palmas have a ton of space in midfield when they get it back.
