So far we've had three coaches who have fully trusted the seniors. It's not going to change with a fourth coach. It might get even worse with Xavi. Nothing is changing unless all seniors are gone + maybe even Lenglet and MATS

No other choice. Sell all the past it, old, slow players who eat away at the team's finances. Bring in a manager like Liverpool got Klopp. Someone who has ideas worth following. And build the team again. It will take some years, but the sooner you do it the better.

Nothing is happening because you have a player who is fast, but inconsistent and not a great passer, an oldie that barely moves, a kid who's not even a proper winger, and Griezmann who is playing like crap.
