Gotta love that the team that ended the game could easily start and win against most teams. Need more depth and speed defensively but deep bench otherwise.

I'm shocked at how poor Mbappe is with an offside trap. It makes me wonder just how many of his runs were never called in pre-VAR football.
I’ll put it down more to excellent execution from our defence tbh. I don’t think this was a fluke.

They had 12 offsides and we had just one

HOLD YOUR HORSES.

Lewandowski missed two sitters, terrible finishing.

We are running too much, half of the team is gonna get tired and injured.

Those are just UCL league stage and la liga games. Hansi didnt prove himself in UCL knockout stage yet.

This team have no mentality. Imagine winning 4-0 on Santiago Bernabeu against Real Madrid and not scoring just one another goal to get historical manita.

Pena is lucky that Mbappe was shooting exactly at him, probably gonna concede tons of bullshit goals next games.

Another wasted season. I'm so tired of this :// you, pessimists, were right and I was wrong.

We should have scored 6. Lewa missing two sitters.
This whole media talk about our "suicidal high line" is just that. Talk. It works 99% of the time.
Brilliant.
I have stopped listening to "Experts" in any field for a long time.

They all suck dick

Apart from offside chances, how many chances did Real create?

1. Vinni definitely had one moment, although there was foul on Perdi.

Was Mbappe in that episode after Vinni’s pass was offside?

Was surprised he went near post on that.

Cubarsi and Inigo are both not that athletic, but they are both very smart in football terms, with Araujo, as much as I like him, we would never be able to hold such a disciplined line.

The team continues to execute the offside trap to absolute perfection. I don't see the Cubarsi-Inigo pairing changing for a while.

The vast majority of their chances were offside.

Good post😭😭
We need some counter-force on all this unbelievable hype. But I'm starting to think it's well deserved.

Very correct words.

Firstly, as you rightly said, Araujo is not capable of positioning so well, because he is a player with a low IQ.

Secondly, he is bad on the ball, and other problems follow from this, and you know very well what those problems are.

He might be able to hold it with Inigo leading the defence but not with Cubarsi. So there's another problem in itself.

Let's give Araujo a chance under Flick first, he's transformed most of our players already.
