The point many are not understanding is that many of your complaints regarding Coutinho, Griezman .. etc is actually a symptom. The real illness is a mental conditioning that has been caused by years of abuse and passive aggressiveness and is triggered by the existence of Messi in the field. Remove him and see how things will change

Not all, but mostly it's on him. This is the role he wants to have in the team and nobody can deny him that. He said it himself he seems himself more like a creator than a scorer. The signal is he wants the game to run through him.

That brings good things, but also terrible problems to deal with. The better the opponent, the more the problems come forward.

Poor recruitment and planning, you have 2 players costing over 200m+ on pitch who offer hardly anything. A number 9 who is so limited. Also why is Pedri playing so well last few games? How come Messi isn’t affecting him?
