Not the whole problem today but we really have aweful sidebacks that with acres of space, just pass it back instead of growing a pair to try something else.

At least Balde takes on his man often, but the other ones are segunda level players

Yeah, we are quite mediocre team after all, its a hard truth after the promising start we had.
Flick took a team with many vulnerabilities and started off incredibly well. People got surprised and spoiled, now when we fall off a bit and are probably where we should of been in the first place, people are raging.

We were playing great football for 80% of the season so far and he was doing it after only getting 1 signing this summer. One.

People need to chill. I hate seeing us blow the lead, but there was no way we could keep it up all season and I knew it. We don't have the team for it.

What is important is how we bounce back, if players can stay healthy and if we can bring in some players for Flick in the winter (likely not) and more importantly in the summer.

Real has problems of a much larger scale than we do, currently

The truth is all 3 teams fighting for the title have many weaknesses, and everything is still open

League is far from over yet
Real has offensive problems and defensive but their players still beat laliga sides better.

Flick doesn't understand LaLiga I think. It's not the blundersliga.
Is this the worst game you have seen by a barca team ever? considering the opposition and home turf? its definitely resign worthy
No, the Osasuna game and Monaco were worse.

It is quite simple. Flicks approach is too risky. I said it right from the start. Of course there are some brilliant games where you are lucky with offsides. But that won't work on the long run.
His system is simple to overcome when you have good footballers who have the vision and technique to exploit the free space behind bis backline. You win absolutely nothing when you play like that against clever opponents. I had it all with the German national team. Exactly the same shit

Monaco we played with 10 men, doesnt count. Osasuna is definitely up there though

It's definitely one of the worst matches this year (considering the opponent).
This year maybe. But that's a whole different discussion.

The opponent is also nowhere near as horrible as some of you imagine. They drew to Real Madrid and held them on ropes until Vini scored that pen. Won Valencia away, solid against Atletico away. Low on the table but quality of their football is nowhere near as bad as their position implies.

Without Balde and a fit Kounde, we're too easy to defend against, because their substitutes are shit and don't offer any dangerous plays in front. Our game is not broad enough without them.
Add to this no Casado and a half fit Lamine, you play like this today.
Las Palmas obviously used every unsportsmanlike behavior they could in the second half and the ref let them do it, but that's Spain for you, nothing new here.
Our bad form continues, Flick needs to drag the team out of it asap or it will be a very sad christmas for the club. Too many players out of form.
