I like the guy but Braithwaite is so limited. He’s just fast and fairly physical, link up play and finishing is well off for a team like Barca. Need a proper 9 ASAP.

Braithwaite working hard but he is miles off the rest of them technically.

As long as they have to pay a bit of attention to him, it opens the game to others. That's all we need.

Messi is staying deeper but not so bad today as FDJ, Pedri, Griez and Braithwaite all busting a gut to get ahead of him and into the box.

Yea, but I'd like Messi to go up too. His skills in the box are still the best in the team. He's showing up far too sporadically in the box. I'd let Pedri do more of the groundwork deeper, and have Messi moving up more. Right now, it's reversed.

Normally when Barca is playing good, this is the kind of game past versions of Messi would've scored a couple.

It is working. They need to keep it as is. Messi and Pedri are connecting well a bit deeper.

U said it in the entry sentence. The spirits looked good today.. I say keep Braith playing.. Clearly looks like a positive player and that reflects on his teammates in the pitch.. We are now looking not for specifities what we are looking at is building a healthy environment and he fits into that.

I think it has more to do with Pedris work rate than quality per say. Pedri is all over the pitch. Insane.
