Not that sure about the league. It depends mostly on how Real performs and how they do without a true striker.

We have a weak attack form wise and depth wise. You look at how bad Lewa has regressed and then you take a look at what's on the bench and you start crying.

I'm more worried about the atmosphere in the home games. Barca are more than ever a team of tourist fans and old dinosaurs that can't be arsed to move 2-3km more to support the team.

Nah Man Utd just spent 200m odd on players that wouldnt get in this Barca side... while Barca have brought in Balde, Christensen, Gundo and Lamal for nothing. All of whom would improve their team/squad.

What matters is quality of players currently in squad not how much paid for them.

Xavi inherited MATS, Araujo, Balde, FDJ, Pedri, Gavi, Fati, Lamal etc all of which would cost other sides hundreds of millions and better than majority of these sides have.

Christensen and Gundo for free are better than anyone Utd have signed the past two summers. As is Balde who was promoted and now Lamal next one.

Yet it is made out Arsenal are 'buying the best players' when no one they signed bar Rice gets in the Barca team and even then Rice is behind FDJ etc.

Yes, too bad football is a team sport where the quality of the team you play in makes an enormous difference. Especially when you're old and your legs aren't what they used to be.

Gundo is a good player, but let's not get carried away. He was helped tremendously by the quality of that City side. At Barcelona, a much inferior side, we'll see how individually great he is.
