Lewy only played 30 minutes, he'll definitely start if he doesn't have some kind of pain. But he shouldn't play more than 60 minutes. Rafa got the last game off, he can start as well. Rest Lamine, Pedri and Balde, play Fermin, Ferran and Martin.
