Apart from Busi and Roberto, the other player that should normally be coming off is Messi, and not Griez...

Even in an off night, Messi will draw defenders on him and free space for the rest of the team. Griezman on the other side is a non factor.

It is important for the players to not purposefully look for Messi. Make Messi feel he needs to move to get in the mix. And he will do it because otherwise he'll not be in the game.
