Gundogan like gavi is also another one being played too high, but in the 4 man Midfield one of them will always have to make that sacrifice and Gundogan has more about his game in the final 3rd than gavi.

He scored goals for city, but he didn't start from such a high position as he is now, almost like a #10, which he's not.

There are openings in the center when we break their midfield line. Frenkie found the pass a few times. Gundo/Lewa aren't doing enough to make it happen though.

There’s no speed to our passing. Everything is overly laboured with no purpose for most of the time.

We need Lamine, we need to take them 1 on 1 else we’re not gonna destabilise their back line in 100 years with this sort of slow passing
