On the contrary imo. We haven't had anyone with a clear plan and guts to implement it. Koeman is all guts, but no real plan. His plan is dull as fuck. Might as well bring Xavi and hope we hit the lottery again like with Guardiola.

Of course, getting a grade A big name manager would be ideal, but no one would come in these conditions.
