Dude, give what is expected of Messi and his position in the team, he was disappointing. Using the same metric, looking at what is expected of Pedri at 17, at his first classico, he was better. Man up.

Astonishing that trio is our defensive core. Lenglet is a disaster, Pique is error prone and Busquets is a grandad.

Lenglet might be better with a commanding athletic CB next to him, a leader type. Busi and Pique are lost causes at this stage though, especially Busi. I'm not that impressed with Frenkie so far but Busi is an anchor around his neck. Pjanic can't be any worse surely

Yep. It's just way too weak. Lenglet/Busi and Pique all lack top speed/quickness. So easy to slice through with pass.

We are pretty good considering so many young guys. We need better control in midfield. FDJ and Busi don't seem able to give that.

Anyone with decent understanding of football can tell that Fati has been instructed to play as a finisher waiting for set ups and not being part of the build up. He has not been supplied except once, and the guy wants the ball thats why he is dropping back to take it. I hope we see him on the LW second half, Vazquez will shit himself
