I'm not too concerned about Real Madrid winning the league title. You have to be realistic about it, Real Madrid going 5 years without a league title is ridiculous. They were bound to win it sooner or later.

What I'm more concerned about is them repeating the CL.

I am also not upset about La Liga. What worries me the most is CL.

And one more thing, they are physically prepared like soldiers!!! They are able to press until the end of every game! This is maybe crucial reason why they score repeatedly in stoppage time.

Were there elements of luck in all those late comebacks that Real Madrid pulled off? Of course. But luck alone does not explain everything. They clearly possess something we don't: Hunger. And working hard. We are like a piece of listless deadwood, we are lazy, we take things for granted. You often get rewarded if you work hard and try hard. If you don't put in the shifts you get nothing and rightfully so.

Our first team is so screwed up and rightfully so. Congrats Morten, you guys deserve it.

Basically Zidane rotates like Lucho does, even more drastically, except Madrid have a better squad, and the difference between the likes of Isco, Morata, James etc. and their starters is very slim.

And then there's the motivation part. You clearly see a response from Madrid when they go behind. They want to get back in the game and turn it around. We just don't seem to care. We play the same at 0-0, 1-0, 3-0, or 0-2.

If you won as much as most of our squad did in these many years, You'll just be as lazy and listless deadwood as they are, That's just the truth.

Potential good news is that thing Real Madrid team wont be long-term.

You can't hold on to guys like Morata, Isco and James when they could be making more money and starting every week at other clubs.

Last La Liga title for RM is from 2011/2012, so it's normal that they have hunger for that trophy.
Imagine Barca didn't win the title from 2012 ?

Sorry, our players don't get paid millions of euros every year just to be some overprivileged doofuses who couldn't careless.

but that is precisely how football players operate. united have a higher wage bill than us and they continue to be irrelevant even under a supposedly tough manager in mou. same with chelsea last season, players quit and the same unit is running away with the EPL.

i think the only manager who's been able to overcome such player power is SAF.
